(Agari Samaj Sanstha Alibag Matrimony Portal / Vivahmilan Portal)

1. Accuracy of Information / माहितीची अचूकता

The Member confirms that all details filled in the registration form are true and correct. In case of any false or misleading information, the responsibility shall solely lie with the Member.
अर्जामध्ये दिलेली सर्व माहिती खरी असल्याचे सदस्याने मान्य केले आहे. चुकीची किंवा खोटी माहिती आढळल्यास त्याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी सदस्याची राहील.

2. Independent Verification / स्वतंत्र पडताळणी

Members and their parents/guardians must personally verify the details of prospective matches before proceeding further.
वधू-वरांनी व त्यांचे पालकांनी स्थळांची माहिती प्रत्यक्ष चौकशी करून खात्री करावी.

3. Registration Fee / नोंदणी शुल्क

A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1000/- is applicable.
वधू-वर नोंदणी शुल्क रुपये 1000/- असून, एकदा भरलेले शुल्क कोणत्याही कारणाखाली परत मिळणार नाही.

4. Validity of Registration / नोंदणीची वैधता

Each registration will remain valid for one year from the date of activation.
प्रत्येक नोंदणी ही नोंदणी झालेल्या तारखेपासून एक वर्षापुरतीच वैध राहील.

5. Intimation of Marriage / विवाहाची माहिती देणे

Once a marriage is finalized, either through the portal or independently, it is the responsibility of the Member/Parents to inform the Institution.
विवाह जुळून आल्यानंतर (केंद्रातून किंवा स्वप्रयत्नाने) पालकांनी/सदस्यांनी याची माहिती कार्यालयास देणे बंधनकारक आहे.

6. Verification of Matches / स्थळांची पडताळणी

Members must verify education, financial status, family background, and physical compatibility through their own relatives/friends. The portal is not liable for any disputes arising later.
शैक्षणिक पात्रता, आर्थिक स्थिती, कौटुंबिक पार्श्वभूमी व शारीरिक अनुरूपता याची पडताळणी सदस्यांनी स्वतः करावी. भविष्यात उद्भवणाऱ्या प्रश्नांना पोर्टल जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

7. No Guarantee of Match / विवाहाची हमी नाही

The Institution does not guarantee that a marriage proposal will definitely be finalized, or that it will happen within a specific time.
नाव नोंदणी नंतर विवाह नक्कीच जुळेल अथवा ठराविक कालावधीत होईल अशी कोणतीही हमी केंद्र देत नाही.

8. Misuse of Information / माहितीचा गैरवापर

Any misuse of data obtained from the portal is strictly prohibited. If found, the concerned profile will be cancelled immediately without refund.
पोर्टलवरून घेतलेल्या माहितीचा गैरवापर केल्यास, संबंधित नोंदणी रद्द करण्यात येईल व शुल्क परत मिळणार नाही.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality / गोपनीयता व माहितीचे रक्षण

Members’ personal data will be kept confidential and shared only as per portal rules.
सदस्यांची वैयक्तिक माहिती गोपनीय ठेवली जाईल आणि फक्त पोर्टलच्या नियमांनुसारच इतरांना दर्शवली जाईल.

10. Jurisdiction / कार्यक्षेत्र

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Alibag-Raigad, Maharashtra Courts only.
सर्व वादांचा निपटारा अलिबाग-रायगड, महाराष्ट्र न्यायालयाच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात होईल.
