Refund Policy / परतावा धोरण

(Applicable for Agari Samaj Sanstha Alibag Matrimony Portal / Vivahmilan Matrimony Portal)

1. Definitions / परिभाषा

• Member / सदस्य: Any individual who registers on this Matrimony Portal.
  कोणतीही व्यक्ती जी या Matrimony Portal वर नोंदणी करते.
• Fee / शुल्क: Amount paid for registration, membership, or availing services.
  नोंदणी, सदस्यत्व अथवा सेवा वापरण्यासाठी भरलेली रक्कम.
• Refund / परतावा: Amount returned by the Institution to the Member.
  संस्थेकडून सदस्याला परत करण्यात येणारी रक्कम.

2. General Policy / सर्वसाधारण धोरण

All fees once paid shall be non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases specifically mentioned herein.
एकदा भरलेली कोणतीही फी परत न करता येणारी व हस्तांतरित न करता येणारी राहील, फक्त खाली नमूद केलेल्या अपवादांव्यतिरिक्त.

3. Profile Verification & Activation / प्रोफाइल पडताळणी व सक्रियता

Once a Member’s profile is activated, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances.
सदस्याचे प्रोफाइल Live झाल्यानंतर, कोणत्याही परिस्थितीत फी परत केली जाणार नाही.

4. Duplicate / Excess Payment / दुबार अथवा जादा पेमेंट

In case of duplicate or excess payment due to technical error, such excess amount shall be refunded within 7–10 working days, after due verification.
तांत्रिक कारणामुळे दुबार किंवा जादा पेमेंट झाल्यास, पडताळणीनंतर ती रक्कम ७–१० कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत परत केली जाईल.

5. Member-Initiated Cancellation / सदस्याकडून रद्द करणे

If a Member voluntarily cancels, deactivates, or deletes his/her profile, no refund shall be made.
सदस्याने स्वतःहून प्रोफाइल रद्द/निष्क्रिय/हटविल्यास, फी परत केली जाणार नाही.

6. Service Disruption / सेवा अडथळा

Temporary technical issues in the portal shall not be a ground for refund.
पोर्टलमधील तात्पुरत्या तांत्रिक अडचणीमुळे फी परत केली जाणार नाही.

However, the Membership Period may be extended at the discretion of the Institution.
मात्र, संस्थेच्या निर्णयानुसार सदस्यत्वाचा कालावधी वाढवून दिला जाऊ शकतो.

7. Refund Mode / परतावा पद्धत

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed only through the original mode of payment (Bank Transfer / UPI / Card).
परतावा (Refund) फक्त मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीने (बँक ट्रान्स्फर / UPI / कार्ड) करण्यात येईल.

No cash refunds shall be entertained.
कॅश स्वरूपात परतावा दिला जाणार नाही.

8. Rights of Institution / संस्थेचे अधिकार

The Institution reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
संस्थेला या Refund Policy मध्ये कुठल्याही प्रकारची पूर्वसूचना न देता बदल, सुधारणा अथवा अद्ययावत करण्याचा पूर्ण अधिकार आहे.

The decision of the Institution shall be final and binding on all Members in all refund-related matters.
परताव्याशी संबंधित सर्व बाबींमध्ये संस्थेचा निर्णय अंतिम व बंधनकारक राहील.

9. Jurisdiction / कार्यक्षेत्र

Any dispute relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts situated at Alibag-Raigad, Maharashtra.
या Refund Policy संदर्भात उद्भवणारे कोणतेही वाद अलिबाग-रायगड, महाराष्ट्र येथील न्यायालयाच्या कार्यक्षेत्रात राहतील.
